Edible Landscapes for Your Yard

Would you like a yard that is pleasing to the eye and pleasing to the palate? The Fruits of the City program of The Minnesota Project is giving you that chance a class on Edible Landscapes. Learn to incorporate many different edible plant materials into your landscape attractively and productively. We will discuss possibilities of different fruits and vegetables that are as delicious as they are beautiful.

This class will be taught by Jeffrey Johnson who is a Landscape Gardener with the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum, University of Minnesota.  He is also a woody plants specialist, so for all of you fruit tree lovers out there, he’s the perfect guy to ask any questions you may have!

The class will be held on Tuesday, June 21st, 6:00pm to 7:30pm at Mississippi Market, 1500 West 7th Street in St. Paul.  The cost is $15 for Mississippi Market members and $20 for non-members.
