This May, The Minnesota Project is proud to launch “Centered on Sustainability” a Community Discussion Series that allows members of the community to discuss issues related to sustainability and environmental efforts in the state of Minnesota.  The discussions will take place in smaller group settings, giving the opportunity for participants to voice their thoughts in a dialogue with members of The Minnesota Project’s board and staff.

Monday, May 24th will be the inaugural “Centered on Sustainability” Community Discussion Series. The topic will be, “Why is sustainability important? What are the implications if we don’t make a significant change? What is The Minnesota Project doing about it?” The discussion will be led by Ryan Stockwell, Ph.D, Director of Agriculture Programs for the National Wildlife Federation.

The event will run from 6:30pm-8:30pm at the home of Greg and Naomi Pesky (Greg is a current board member of The Minnesota Project).

Light appetizers, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages will be served.

If you would like to join us on May 24th, or would like to be added to our mailing list to hear about other upcoming discussion series events, please RSVP no later than May 17th to Dave Glenn at dglenn@mnproject.org or 651-789-3325
